Who we are
OGMM was developed in early 2023 and is managed by Oliver Gavin, Matt Bell and Charlotte Lumley, who each have a wealth of experience in different areas of motorsport.

What we do
Our aim is to not only help young drivers forge a career in motorsport, but to also help experienced racing drivers develop the next step in their careers or manage their racing programmes.

Our aim is to keep the OGMM family to a limited group of drivers and teams so we can focus more of our attention on these clients, providing them with a high level of service.
Ben is in action this week for the @fiawec_official prologue in Qatar, racing for @protoncompetition in their Ford Mustang GT3.
This will mark Ben’s debut in the FIA WEC. Good luck to Ben and his team mates Ben Barker and Bernardo Sousa!

A good couple of weeks in the UAE for OGMM. Three podiums out of four races in Dubai and Abu Dhabi between Matt and Ben.
Congratulations to all the teams and drivers, especially the @asianlemansseries championship winners.

It’s race week again!
After two races in Dubai, the @asianlemansseries contingent travel to Abu Dhabi for the final two rounds of the 2024/2025 season.
Matt will be aiming for a good end to his campaign with @nielsen.racing, while Ben will be hoping to capitalise on his podium with @kessel_ch...

An absolutely storming drive from Ben in the #74 @kessel_ch Ferrari to grab the lead of the 4H Dubai during his stint. Ultimately the trio came away with third…but they’ll certainly be going for that win tomorrow!

And they were big ones…we started 2025 in Dubai where Ben Tuck, Matt Bell and Blake McDonald started their season in the sun at the Michelin 24 Hours of Dubai....
