Who we are
OGMM was developed in early 2023 and is managed by Oliver Gavin, Matt Bell and Charlotte Lumley, who each have a wealth of experience in different areas of motorsport.

What we do
Our aim is to not only help young drivers forge a career in motorsport, but to also help experienced racing drivers develop the next step in their careers or manage their racing programmes.

Our aim is to keep the OGMM family to a limited group of drivers and teams so we can focus more of our attention on these clients, providing them with a high level of service.
