Trent Hindman is an American racing driver, best known for racing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge.
Trent has become one of the most quick and reliable racing drivers on the American racing scene having clinched the IMSA GTD Championship in 2019, following that with the IMSA Endurance Cup GTD Championship win in 2021. Most recently Trent was crowned IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge GS Champion in 2022, a feat he is attempting to clinch back this season. Trent is also active in the Fanatec GT World Challenge America series, racing a Porsche 992 GT3 R, and started the 2024 season off well with two victories at Sebring.
Like most young racing drivers, Trent’s career began in karting when he was just eight years old, racing successfully before moving to car racing. In 2015, Trent was selected by BMW Motorsport for their junior programme, and he has also raced under the Acura and Porsche banners.
